Objective:

  • To promote high level interest in the 17th Incheon Asian Games 2014 in Hanoi (Vietnam), where will be next Asian games held, as well as cultural exchanges between Vietnam and Korea through holding a press conference and a showcase for Incheon Asian Games with JYJ gaining Asian-wide popularity
  • To build amicable relationship with Vietnam NOC and local sports officials and encourage their active participation and support

For more effective promotion, the IAG's official Facebook fanpage was created to communicate with audiences from August to November 2013. The fanpage's content focus on presenting Korean culture as well as Incheon city and the upcoming 17th ASIAD.

Besides, through various online contests and posts on fanpage, the country of kimchi was brought closer to Vietnamese netizens than ever before.

A VIP Press Conference was hold to promote high level interest in the Incheon Asian Games among local press and key sports figures and deploy effective PR activities.

  • Many VIPs from Vietnam and Korea joined the event Mr. Kim Youngsoo (President of IAGOC), Korean Ambassador in Vietnam, Mr. Hoang Vinh Giang (Vice President of the VNOC) and other delegates in sport related organization officials in Vietnam.
